Delivery Methods
*Flat Rate Shipping: $6.45 (USPS Priority Mail) for 1-3 item orders.
-Order 4 or more items and shipping is FREE

*In Store Pick Up: Pick up your order @ Carl's Diner so you don't have to pay shipping!
-Upon checkout, select "In Store Pick Up" under Shipping Methods 
-You will receive an email when your shirt is ready for pick up @ Carl's Diner! 
-This is a FREE DELIVERY method, please see front register for pick up.

• We accept returns up until 30 days after you're purchase
• Product must be in pristine shape if returning or exchanging
• Monetary refunds and exchanges both excepted 
• Customer must cover all shipping costs for sending products back, and (if applicable) shipping new product for exchanges.
• If returning products, please ship to the return address on original package.
• Please find your return options by logging into your account with us.
• Under "My Account" you will navigate to the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate a return for.
• Once in the order, click on "Add New RMA", you will then choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
  
• In the Order Return Options section, you will choose the Reason and Method for the return.
